What We Do

    Pre-Construction Consulting

    We work with you to prepare a comprehensive pre-construction plan, including proposed schedule and estimated costs.

    Construction Project Management

154 R – Kingsway

Perched high above the Humber River in Toronto’s prestigious The Kingsway, this traditional stone and Tudor residence underwent a complete transformation, preserving only the original exterior shell. Reimagined from the inside out, the home now seamlessly blends classic architectural character with state-of-the-art modern living.

The rebuild incorporated the latest in home automation technology and thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities, including a private golf simulator room adjoining a fully equipped home gym and custom wine cellar. Outdoors, the property was elevated into a private resort setting with a newly landscaped backyard featuring a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and multiple lounge areas. The result is a luxurious retreat—offering tranquility and recreation—within city limits.

506 S – Moore Park

This custom new build in Moore Park overlooks a serene ravine, with architecture carefully designed to maximize natural light and views. Oversized windows and doors, along with a striking clerestory roofline, flood the home with sunlight while maintaining privacy.

A curated palette of premium materials was selected to reduce drywall surfaces and introduce warmth and texture throughout, including brick veneer and extensive oak paneling. The result is a modern yet inviting living environment tailored to the client’s vision.

The project also included fully landscaped front and rear yards. Surrounded by a dramatic hundred-foot tree canopy, the backyard offers exceptional privacy, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the pool and cabana in a secluded natural oasis.

1M – Mono Mills Estate

Set amid the rolling hills of Mono Mills, this expansive three-building estate totals over 11,000 square feet and was thoughtfully designed to embrace its breathtaking surroundings. Overlooking a 10-acre stream-fed pond, the property offers a seamless connection between refined living and the natural landscape.

The main residence serves as a spacious gathering place for family and entertaining, while a secondary barn structure houses a regulation half basketball court and fully equipped gym. Every element of the estate was designed to provide both elevated comfort and exceptional recreational amenities within a private countryside setting.

98 G – Central Toronto

This full-scale renovation in central Toronto preserved only the front and side exterior walls, allowing for a complete structural and spatial reconfiguration. Through extensive underpinning and expansion of the third floor, the home’s footprint and functionality were significantly enhanced.

The redesign maximized interior space while introducing warmth, character, and thoughtful detailing throughout. The result is a refined, inviting home that balances modern efficiency with timeless comfort.
